1. Hire Us
At Hops and Scotch we charge a standard booking fee of £50.00 which includes
Securing your chosen date
Full bar hire for your day
A temporary events notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your wedding
Friendly and experienced members of staff
Full range of glassware
2. Choose your bar
We arrive and serve your guests, who pay by cash or card
You put an amount behind the bar for your guests to enjoy
Feeling generous? Go for an open bar, your guests will not be charged
3. Select your drinks package
Choose from our 'Signature' or 'All Inclusive' packages, or organise something entirely bespoke.
We have got your drinks covered, from after your wedding breakfast until the end of the night.
Our Signature package is the default bar option included in your booking fee of £50.00.
1 x Standard lager (carlsberg, carling)
1 X Premium lager (San Miguel, Grolsch)
1 x cider (Thatchers Gold, Stowford Press)
1 x Local beer (Brains dark, Felinfoel Double Dragon)
White, red and rose wine.
- standard lager, cider & beer priced @ £3.70 pint
- premium lager - £4.00 pint
- Wine priced @ £5.00 250ml, £4.00 175ml.
All Inclusive Package
Our All Inclusive Package is designed to make your day run flawlessly from start to finish. We arrive as early as you need and can set the bar up in the morning to calm the grooms pre - wedding nerves!
In addition to our signature package, we provide
Glass of Prosecco, bucks fizz or champagne on arrival for each guest.
1/2 bottle of table wine per person and mineral water for your guests
Glass of champagne or prosecco to toast
Delicious cocktail hour choices
All packages come with a fully stocked spirit bar, including a fantastic variety of whiskies ( we are hops & scotch after all! ). We also offer bottled beers and cider, as well as soft drinks and alcohol free beers.
Don't forget, our service is entirely bespoke. These packages are examples of what we can provide for your event but we are more than happy to design a package specifically for you and your guests.
